Emily of Emerald Hill China programme

This is the Chinese programme of a performance of Emily of Emerald Hill in 2006. This was the second time the play was performed in Mandarin, the first being by Jalyn Han in 1990. Stella Kon is an award-winning Singapore playwright whose most important work was the 1983 one-woman play, Emily of Emerald Hill. She is also a descendent of two prominent Peranakan philanthropists, Tan Tock Seng and Dr Lim Boon Keng.
