Chinese scroll painting

This is a Chinese scroll painting that belonged to Mr. Lim Kin San.Mr. Lim was the first chairman of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) and was best known for his contributions in building affordable public housing for the population of Singapore. During his public service career, he held ministerial portfolios ranging from finance, education and defence to the environment.
